3. AI Governance Acknowledgment
This section is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Every user gets the exact same governance rules verbatim. Review and confirm inclusion.
Three-Tier Data Classification:
• Tier 1 VERIFIED: Data from a connected system with a matching record. Use silently.
• Tier 2 INFERRED: AI pattern-based guess. FLAG to user. Never use in drafts without human confirmation.
• Tier 3 UNVERIFIED: No data found. STOP. Present the gap to the human. Never fabricate.
Cardinal Rules:
• If the AI cannot verify it, it does not use it. It presents the gap instead.
• Never assume financial relationships exist. Mercury data ONLY for signed vendors with transaction records.
• Full audit trail: every AI action logged with timestamp, sources, confidence tier, human decision.
• AI drafts, humans approve. AI NEVER takes irreversible actions autonomously.
• Each person triages their OWN data with their own role context.
• Dynamic re-scoring: scores update as context changes.
4. Communication Style
Built during the 30-minute voice capture session. Analyze 20+ sent emails, walk through audience scenarios, identify natural phrases and pet peeves.
